Two New Shareholders at M&A Law Firm

Modjarrad & Abusaad (M&A) Law Firm has promoted Mohamad Said and R. "Eric" Lopez as shareholders of the firm.

Attorney Mohamad Said’s practice encompasses Business Law, Civil Litigation, Business Start-ups, Business Contracts, Business Consulting, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, and Immigration. He received his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University, College of Law in Fort Worth, Texas.

Mr. Said has been married to Dr. Haifa Jamaleddine for 9 years, and they have one daughter named Yasmina, and they are expecting their second daughter Tala.



R. "Eric" Lopez advises clients on issues of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, and Civil Litigation. He received his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University, College of Law in Fort Worth, Texas.

Mr. Lopez has been married to Megan Lopez for 10 years, and they have two children, Richard Jr. and their daughter Jillian.
