Mohammad Said is a shareholder of Modjarrad Abusaad Said Law Firm (MAS Law). He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
Mr. Said practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, medical and dental malpractice, business law, business start-ups, business contracts, and business consulting. He represents several multimillion dollar corporations on all aspects affecting their business as it relates to the legal field.
He has conducted hundreds of transactions for clients, dozens of mergers and acquisitions—some of which involved a purchase amount in the millions of dollars—and has obtained judgments and settlements for clients in personal injury cases resulting in millions of dollars in compensation.
As a business/corporate attorney, Mr. Said serves as corporate counsel for several large high profile companies, investment groups, and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Said has been included in the prestigious Rising Stars℠ list for 2015 – 2017, placing him among the top five percent of all attorneys in the state. Mr. Said has appeared as Lead Counsel on the majority of the catastrophic and high-value cases for MAS Law. He manages and mentors the teams of attorneys and staff for all litigation departments at the firm, including the personal injury department, family department, and civil department.
He has appeared as lead counsel on hundreds of cases and litigated them to fruition in all respective fields, including criminal defense. Mr. Said and his team have obtained six and seven-figure recoveries for clients. He has been appointed as guardian ad litem by most of the judges in Dallas County, including the Honorable Judge Jim Jordan, the Honorable Judge Dale Tillery, the Honorable Judge Carl Ginsberg, the Honorable Judge Gena Slaughter, the Honorable Judge Tonya Parker, and the Honorable Judge Ken Molberg.
Mr. Said has been happily married since 2001 and currently has three wonderful daughters and a son. He enjoys golf and fishing.
